Trevor Skempton:    Trevor teaches part-time at the University of Liverpool School of Architecture. He is currently working on urban design proposals in Liverpool, and on illustrations for a book on Merchant Seamen for Tony Lane. His presentations on urban design, in Kaliningrad in 2014 and 2015, are available online at:

Howard Skempton: Howard will be seventy in October and his music has been featured at the May Leamington Music Festival Weekend, during which Roderick Williams performed his setting of The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. A CD of The Rime, coupled with Only the Sound Remains, has been released by NMC (NMCD 234).  The Rime is also being performed at the Storyhouse in Chester on 12 November.  A new, similarly large-scale work for Roderick Williams, with Ensemble 360, was performed in Sheffield in July.  The piece is a setting of DH Lawrence's poem, "Man and Bat".     For further information on commissions and contact:  howard@skempton.info or  www.oup.co.uk/music/repprom/skempton
