Kyra Cordrey

Kyra Cordrey (nee Skempton). Kyra is Head of Consulting for Page Group UK. She is based at Page Group's London office in Aldwych. She is responsible for consolidating all the non-recruitment activities Page Group has undertaken over the years and centralising them under one brand and one vision. PageConsulting delivers consultancy and advisory services to their customers, across Technology, Change & Transformation, HR and Finance through consulting solutions, Hire-Train-Deploy and project solutions.

Kyra joined Michael Page on the graduate scheme in 2001, recruiting permanent treasury roles in London. Three years later, she moved to recruit temporary generalist finance roles before taking a ‘sabbatical’ to a specialist tax and treasury recruiter in 2006. She rejoined Michael Page in 2007 to manage a treasury and then additionally a tax team.

In late 2008, Kyra was promoted to director to look after the ‘specialist market teams’ in London and in April 2012 she transferred to the CFO practice to recruit treasury roles nationally, as well as internal audit, advisory, audit and tax opportunities in London and the Home Counties.

October 2012 saw a re-branding of Michael Page International to Page Group and the modernisation of their core brands, Page Executive, Michael Page and Page Personnel Page Group divided into Page Executive, Michael Page and Page Personnel.

In December 2014, Kyra was appointed to be Operations Director for Consultancy, Management and Change and in 2016 to Corporate Services and Consultancy

In September 2016, Kyra took on the responsibility for Michael Page Finance, Corporate Services and Consultancy - London

In October 2019, Kyra was appointed the Commercial Director for Page UK and in January 2022, she was promoted to be Head of Consulting. In January 2023, Kyra was invited to be on the Board of Directors.
